Enable modern attachment collection

Modern attachments are saved in client’s Microsoft 365 tenant. To enable the system to collect modern attachments, you need to connect the system to the Microsoft 365 tenant using the Microsoft 365 credentials that the Azure administrator receives when registering the system.

To connect the system to the Microsoft 365 tenant, perform the following procedure.

  1. In the Home page, click and then select .

  2. In the left pane, click PROCESSING.

  3. Select Microsoft 365.

  4. In Credentials, provide your Microsoft 365 Application ID, Tenant ID, and Secret Key (Token) information.

  5. Click Validate and Store.

  6. After validation, the system saves the credentials.

    • You can delete the saved credentials by clicking Delete.
